The Cressbrook Guarantee
If any 'Cressbrook' ram does not perform for any reason in the following areas, the full purchase price will be credited against future purchases:
Fertility: First mating below 80% conception rate. If a ram, in his first mating after purchase, mated for a minimum of 34 days between February and May to a maximum of 80 well-fed ewes, does not achieve an 80% conception rate.
Severe Fleece Rot: An area of severe breakdown, greater than 10cm in circumference, evidenced by green, pink or purple discoloration.
Severe Body Strike: Where it is clear that the strike area does not emanate from poll, crutch, pizzle or from injury.
Functional Structural Breakdown: any ram, before attaining the age of five, being incapable of achieving service due to predisposing structural weakness.
Severe Muffle: Any ram proven to have deteriorated more than 1 score on our scoring system.
NOTE: Minor alterations to the above guarantee may occur according to sires used. The particulars of which will be published in each years sale catalogue and specified prior to auction.
